The medical use of cannabis is on the rise due to a growing body of evidence that supports various benefits, such as chronic pain relief.

One of our Zurich-based clients is acquiring cannabis growers in southern Europe who have the appropriate licenses to grow. Then they’re purifying and distilling the plant-based material to extract THC and other compounds for use by the pharma industry.

The company has a valuation of $400 million and is currently in the process of raising $20 million, which we are helping to facilitate.
